Kamusta! Welcome to the Philippines! When I ask people "where have you travelled?" and they reply with "South-East Asia". My first question is always "did you go to the Philippines?". The number of no's that I receive to that question is heart-breaking. For only those lucky enough to have been can understand just how unlucky you are!

When you have an opportunity to visit a country in South-East Asia that is as untouched and unspoiled as the Philippines you know that it is not to be missed.

The nation of the Philippines is made up of around 7,641 islands, all within a quick boat ride or flight from each other, and my biggest regret is that I didn't see more of them.

The beauty of the country is unimaginable. It is literally like being inside a screen saver!

Every island has it's own unique charm, with new adventures around every corner. The people of the Philippines are by far some of the friendliest and accommodating that I have encountered while travelling. They will go above and beyond to help you and will not ask for anything in return.

When it comes to activities you could never be bored, as there is simply too much to do. From snorkelling with wild whale sharks, to canyoneering, to scuba diving inside WW2 Japanese ships.

To put it simply; once you have experienced this heaven on Earth, you will never want to leave.
