Panama City:
STAY: Mamallena Hostel. Panama City is average and pretty dull so we only stayed for one night (1 day).
TIPS: Night bus to Bocas Del Toro you can buy the boat ticket in the package at the bus station as well. I think the buses are at 6/7/8PM.
Bocas Del Toro:
STAY: Selina’s – great hostel.
EAT: Little pizza stand outside Selina's - cheap and absolutely delicious.
DO: Go for a Friday, it’s a bar crawl all day to 3 different islands called Filthy Friday and it’s so much fun. Go to Starfish Beach and Red Frog Beach. You can also do Panamanian wake boarding which is a real challenge and great fun.

TIPS: Do your washing at Selina's. It's very cheap and they do a good job. You can also book all the tours you like and your transport to your next location. Try to stay at the hostel with a slide as well. (3 days)
