STAY: Just have a look on Hostel World at the best place at the time. The place we stayed had rats so don't stay at Bella’s Backpackers!

EAT: Loads of places to eat. The bubble pancakes from the shack on the beach are amazing, and there are BBQ restaurants and shacks serving proper Caribbean food.

DO: 3rd favourite day of travelling.

CAVEMAN TOURS: we did a full day snorkelling - we saw Sea Cows, Sea Turtles, Nurse Sharks, Sting Rays and more fish than London Aquarium. Good food and great tour so would highly recommend. After a full day at sea we would recommend you head to The Lazy Lizard bar for happy hour and to watch the sunset. Wear your swimmers though as there are a few fun ways of taking a dip there. 

TIPS: Only stay for 2/3 days. It's really expensive but 100% worth it for the snorkelling tour. It's unbelievably beautiful and a must do. We didn't go anywhere else in Belize but it is easy to book to your next destination from the harbour in Belize City.
